A severe natural disaster hit your small town hard. But luckily, the mayor and some of his councillors got away unscathed so the mayor is now holding an exceptional meeting to quickly implement a reconstruction. Why not take this opportunity to make changes to your small town and create a Utopia.
During this activity, each member of your group will have to play a character who has a well-defined profession. Through some simulations and communication workshops, the goal is for characters to define their needs, to argue the importance of their position, and to highlight their potential contributions to the new community that is being created. But also, you will have to consider those of others so that your society can be rebuilt on a solid foundation.
